Kiev is one of the oldest cities in Europe. It was founded in 5 century AD. Kiev was the capital of great Medieval state - Kievan Rus. During the tour you will make an acuintance with the memorials of the past as well as new city. You will visit many churches - St. Sophia Cathedral, St. Michael Cathedral, St. Vladimir Cathedral, St. Andrew Church, the main monastery Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Kiev has a lot of monuments of Soviet times - the Arch of Friendship, Motherland Statue, monument to Vladimir Lenin and other. Kiev is one of the greenest cities of and Europe, about 40% of it territory is under the greenery so we visit some parks not far from Dnipro river. The landscape is very hilly here, so you can enjoy panoramic views.

Kiev Pechersk Lavra has been the center of Orthodox Christianity in Eastern Europe since its foundation in 1051. It is included in UNESCO World Heritage List. It is known with its catacombs where the relics of monks are kept. You will hear about Ukrainian religious culture and history as well as the modern life of the monastery.
